I was out of town with friends this weekend and decided to take two days off from my miracle morning. On Friday I went to bed around 2 am (that’s Saturday morning actually) and slept till 10 am. On Saturday I went to bed at 3 am (Sunday morning) and woke up at around 10 am.
After waking up I went straight for a coffee and breakfast and just skipped the whole routine. I think it’s ok if you have it planned ahead. Don’t skip your morning routine on a regular day!
I had more sleep on the weekend than I’ve had on a regular day for the last 3 weeks. I still felt sleepy on a numerous occasions during the day. I think it was due to the food and alcohol consumed. I am starting to notice my body more now. I didn’t recognize this before.
