After getting up at 5 am and completing my SAVERS by 6:05 I went back to bed and slept until 8:00 :)
Although I’ve done pretty good at getting up early and following the miracle morning ritual, I haven’t been very productive with my other (business) tasks lately. It’s hard to get back into the routine after a weekend that is totally off the course.
I feel like maybe I put too much on my plate at once. In addition to the savers I started these daily habits at some point during the last 30 days: video course creation, practice American accent and pronunciation, write for this blog, write for my other blogs, build links to my sites, more reading, journaling before sleep, sleep journaling for sleep clinic, getting certified for Optimizely.
Now I haven’t been able to follow through with all of this as planned but I’m pretty sure that it wasn’t a waste of time either. The change has already been immense.
