Went out with friends last night and got to bed at 1:30 am. Set my alarm to 7:00 and did my savers. Skipping all my financial tasks this morning again.
I started reading Blink by Malcolm Gladwell. I borrowed a paperback copy form the office awhile ago but never got past first chapter. Decided to pick it up again now.
I talked to a sleep therapist yesterday. She gave me a “sleep journal” that I am now starting to fill in each morning. I also set an appointment with her in the clinic. It’s in one week’s time from now. We’ll then take a look at my sleeping journal together and hopefully she can give me some advice on how to optimize my sleep for maximum efficiency.
