Well.. it’s 6:37 pm and I just finished my miracle morning routine. A little more than 12 hours later than usual.
I got home at 1:00 am last night so I decided to sleep in. I set my alarm to 8:00 am instead of the usual 5:00. When I woke up I only did the meditation part and then had to leave for work.
When I got back home after work I did the full miracle morning routine.
I finished the 10X book yesterday and haven’t picked a new one yet. Today I re-read all the notes I had highlighted in The 10X Rule. So many good insights!
I think it was the right choice to sleep in. I noticed that I didn’t feel sleepy during the day at work. The last 3 weeks I’ve averaged 5-6 hours of sleep per night and I know I yawn a lot after lunch. I’ve also felt minor headache at times. But today I feel great. I hope I can make myself go to bed and fall asleep by 10 pm so I can get 7 hours of sleep.
