Back to 5 am. I arrived home at around 10 pm last night and was pretty tired from the weekend so it was easy to fall asleep by 11 pm.
I read The 10X Rule on a train on my way back home yesterday and continued this morning. My Kindle says I’m 71% through. I love this book. It motivates me to dream big and take action. I have highlighted a ton of notes and will soon write a review about it.
I haven’t been journaling in the Google docs file for a number of days now. I just write my goals in my paper notebook. I do that daily before the visualization session. Currently I have 5 goals and I just rewrite them by heart every day. The wording changes a little bit day-to-day but the content of the goals has stayed the same.
