5 am on both days!
In the last days I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier now. This article about sleep on EliteDaily gave a boost to that. I’ve decided to turn off my computer at 10 pm. After I’ve shut down my pc I read, journal and go to bed.
Last night it was really hard to fall asleep for some reason. I know there’s a lot of information available online on how to fall asleep. It’s time to take a closer look at it :)
I’m going out of town tonight and we’ll most probably be offline till Sunday evening so I won’t be posting an update till then. There’s a party at my friend’s place and I’m going to stay there for the next two nights. I have no idea if I’m going to be doing Miracle Morning routine there or if I’ll just pass. I probably won’t go to bed until 3 am tonight and tomorrow so it’s going to be tricky.
