A small setback today. I woke up at 7:00 instead of the usual 5:00.
I went to bed at 0:35 last night and wrote a couple of paragraphs in my journal while lying in bed. I tried to fall asleep then but couldn’t. In the afternoon I’d done a meditation session and fallen asleep during that. I slept an hour or so. I guess that’s why I couldn’t fall asleep anymore.
I remember looking at the clock at 1:27. So I probably fell asleep at around 2:00.
When the alarm went off at 5 am I jumped out of bed and drank a glass of water. I even did my Exercise part of the savers but struggled to keep my eyes open so I decided to go back to sleep for another two hours. I set my alarm to 7:00 am and woke up as a new person :)
I started over with savers and completed it by 8:05.
I skipped all the other routines I have scheduled (working on my product, writing for my sites, seo) for each morning and decided to do them in the evening after work. It’s 9:15 pm now and I’ve completed all the tasks I had planned for the morning instead of one 30-minute writing task. I just can’t make myself do it right now.
