It’s Sunday and got up at 5 am.
SAVERS: Slight change in the order in which I performed the savers this morning: I started with E because I felt cold and didn’t want to sit down for meditation. I’ve felt shivers coming up when meditating first thing in the morning and it distracts me from my meditation session so I’m experimenting with different ways here.
And did I mention that I started reading The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone? I feel it’s going to be life changing. I will write a detailed review once I’m done with it.
When doing my new business routines (6:30-8:30) I noticed that it’s hard to keep going non-stop without breaks so I decided to end each 30 minute session five minutes earlier and add a 5 minute break before the next session starts.
I feel great by the way. Although there’s nothing tangible to show yet (goals achieved, more money), I am really happy with myself and the progress that I’m making. I can truly feel that success is just around the corner and not hidden behind some seven mountains in a land far far away.
